This lesson was developed as part of Missouri's eMINTS Project (enhancing Missouri's Instructional Networked Teaching Strategies).

This lesson was written for 4th - 5th grade students, but could be adapted for other grade levels.

The lesson is intended for use as a cooperative learning project in the study of American Government.
