Each student will turn in their individual Government Scavenger Hunt page and Note Taking Sheet and will receive individual scores for this work. The partners will turn in one completed learning activity and will share one score based on the criteria listed below.

Note Taking Sheet x 5 (individual score)	Below 5th grade work. Answers are incomplete or hard to understand.	Answers were turned in on time, but needed more information to be clearly understood.	All answers were basically correct and turned in on time, but could have used more complete answers.	All answers were complete as turned in and on time.
Government Scavenger Hunt Sheet x 5 (individual score)	No more than 2 incorrect answers or no more than 2 days late.	No more than 1 incorrect answer and no more than 1 day late.	All information correct and no more than 1 day late.	All information correct and on time.
Cooperative Learning x 5 (individual score)	Below 5th grade expectations. Had a hard time working with partner.	Needed teacher's help for working with partner.	Worked well most of the time with partner.	Worked well, helping each other, at all times.
Activity x 10 (partners share a score)	Project would not be able to be used as a learning activity without a lot of work.	Project would be able to be used as a learning activity with more work.	Project would be helpful as a learning activity with very little work.	The Project could be helpful as a learning activity just as it is.
