Students are finishing up their Famous Missourian reports in Mrs. Young's class.

MONDAY FOLDERS

On Mondays the students will get a folder at the end of the day. Inside the folder you will find graded work, announcements, and any communication I have included. You are to sign your name under the column for parents/guardians. The students are to return the signed folder to me on Tuesday. If they are absent on Monday, they will get their folder on the day they return, and the folder should be returned on the following day.

E100 % HOMEWORK CLUB

tHTheThe following information is about the 100% Homework Club. These celebrations are sponsored by the student council and are held at the end of the first and second semesters. Students in the fourth grade will be allowed to miss or turn in four late homework assignments during the first semester and three late assignments during the second semester. Any student that goes over these set amounts will not be allowed to attend the homework celebration. NO EXCEPTIONS! We feel this will encourage the students to practice responsibility by turning in their assignments on time. You will be notified if your child has lost the privilege to attend the homework celebration.

HOMEWORK/LATE WORK POLICY

Since daily assignments and homework are an important part of the learning process, students will be expected to complete and turn in all assignments on time. Assignments are due the following day at the time of each class period, unless directions state otherwise.

If homework is not turned in by the time that the class period starts, the student will
be given an accountability notice. The accountability notice must be returned with the assignment within three days or the student will receive a zero. Forgetting homework at home is not an excuse.
